We own a Zoll AED 3 (located in a remote area, far from emergency responders) that we bought about 6 years ago. It started to beep indicating its battery needed replacement. The original supplier and as well, a second well known supplier, were both out of stock of the battery and the pads. Not only did AED.ca have inventory of both but when I contacted them with a question, Martin insisted on shipping the parts to me right away and then billed me later. He was genuinely concerned that my AED be up and functional as soon as possible in case it was needed. Amazing help for such an important device. Thank-you AED.ca!

Thanks Martin for the quick efficient process of my group's purchase of our ZOLL AEDPlus. It looks more user friendly and helpful (CPR support) than other units I've been trained on. Very quick delivery and great support. Hopefully we won't ever need it but it is comforting to know it is there. We are all getting older and our camp is remote.

Finding the right defibrillator for your company could be a very daunting process. Our company, C3BII, took the time to extensively review four bestselling devices on the market. That meant going back and forth to the various vendors to ask questions about cost, features and user friendliness. We decided to purchase our Zoll 3 devices from Vita First Aid for a few reasons: 1) yes, the price was competitive, 2) Martin took the time to answer our questions to ensure we got the right device - even if it meant not going with Vita First Aid, and 3) Martin was willing to take the time to visit our company sites (Brampton, Toronto and Breslau) to deliver training sessions and answer questions our staff may have. It was a wonderful and fun experience that put our staff at ease and allowed them to witness how easy the device was to use, if ever needed.
